The grounds were pleasant enough. I suppose.
The food was not great. Repetitive and sometimes cold, i didn't look forward to meals. the drinks weren't any better. The mojito tasted awful. we ended up buying our own drinks from a supermarket.

The slides at the pool were great for the kids. The reception staff was helpful when I had questions. The location was good (it was lovely). The sunshine was gorgeous.
The rooms were quite basic. I had to keep everything in the fridge because of tiny ants in the room. I was told it is normal. The beach is a 15-minute walk.

The grounds were clean. Very pretty gardens, vast pool areas, and fantastic splash parks entertained the kids. Smaller pools near each block were great. The slides in the larger kids' pool kept them busy all day. The onsite shop provided convenience and a short walk led to an Aldi.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the beach. A bottom exit improves the walking distance. The restaurants and the marina are accessible within a 20-25 minute walk and a taxi back costs under 5 euros.

Breakfast offers a large food selection, I appreciated this. The snack bar near the pool has a limited variety of options. It is sufficient for a quick meal.

The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, it was really great! Recycling areas are available in all apartment blocks, I really liked this initiative! The hotel promotes environmental friendliness.

i found the staff very friendly they accommodated us well after we arrived during a sudden storm the hotel complex is spacious it offers a lot of activities to do for example a well equipped gym is available i also found a supermarket there it has a good selection of products
the rooms were not cleaned daily it seemed like they could use a refresh

our beautiful apartment included two televisions one in the living room and one in the bedroom the unit felt more like individual bungalows set within a beautifully landscaped environment it was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed

Fantastic Family Getaway!

I loved the multiple pools available for swimming. The grounds were clean (I saw staff working hard daily!).
The beds were not very comfortable, as the mattresses felt too soft. I noticed bedding smelled a bit odd .

There are vast pool areas with fantastic splash parks for kids. I found plenty of sunbeds and gardens. A smaller pool is near each block, and there is a large kids' pool with slides.

The hotel is conveniently near Playa Dorada beach (a 15-minute walk). Restaurants along the sea front and the marina are each about a 20-minute walk away. Taxis are available, costing just under 5 euros.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Cleaners maintained our apartment every day (they did a stellar job!). I really appreciated the kind service I received throughout my stay.
